Payment Schedule 2012 – 2013
Class tuition is paid every 4 weeks, per child, per class enrolled in. Tuition and material fees are non-refundable. You may pay for more
than 1 session (4 weeks) at a time. Checks are to be made payable to the teacher and given to the class facilitator via the payment
notebooks, one check per child, per class. Do not give checks to the teacher. Put payments in payment books located in The Cafe.
There will be a $1 fine for each class per child, per week that tuition is late. After two weeks of non-payment, your child will not be allowed to
attend class until tuition is paid with the late fees.
Building use fees of $60 per family due semi-annually in September and January. Checks are to be made payable to HCH.
It is your responsibility to know when tuition and building fees are due!
